Owner and head designer, Lisa Pagán, is an experienced professional with more than 25 years in the decorated apparel industry.  She is an expert in logo optimization for multiple design applications, including embroidery, screen printing and heat transfer. Her strong customer service skills, ability to manage project time lines, and maintain high standards of excellence has earned her respect in the industry and a strong customer following.
